While all of our services are available on an as needed basis (Time & Materials), Windy Hill also offers Service Contracts for Preventative Maintenance (PM), Calibration (IQ/OQ/PV), as well as instrument repair.
Not to Exceed Contracts (NTE)
This contract limits the Customer's liability to a specific Not To Exceed
amount for the contract year. A 60% base amount is paid up front. If rendered services exceed the base amount, overage will be billed monthly to the Customer through the end of the contract year, but only up to the cap NTE amount, after which no further charges are due.
Block Service Agreement (BSA)
This is essentially an up-front purchase of services required for the contract year. As services are performed, the value will be accrued against the BSA contract. If the contract is fully depleted during the year, per-incident service and billing will be provided to the Customer until a new contract is engaged. While the BSA contract has no "cap" value, it does allow for a planned main purchase of services for your equipment.
