Repairs

Instrument repairs and services will be delivered according to the Windy Hill Standard Policy (available in writing), along with these additional contract considerations:

Windy Hill will repair instruments including parts and labor based on the Windy Hill Standard Policy or a price list used for determining repairs on many commonly repaired instruments or components.

Instrument we frequently provide Bench Services on include: HP/Agilent 7673 Autosampler Modules, Hp 1050 LC Modules, Hp/Agilent 1100-1200 LC Modules, and HP Integrators.

In some instances, we may be able to offer you “loaner” instruments while we are working on your piece of equipment. Please inquire as to the availability.

We may be able to provide service on other modules that may be in need of Bench Repair, so please contact our service department for information.
