Our current service area covers US Great Lakes region and our on-site response time is typically 2 to 3 days.

Your phone calls are sent directly to your account engineer to expedite diagnosis and troubleshooting of your specific problem.

We make it a practice to offer as complete a service as you may need and try to approach every request with an attitude of “what can we do to help?”

Currently, we service GC, LC, GCMSD, UVvis and many related peripherals. We have years of operation and service experience. We specialize in HP/ Agilent instruments, but, we do have experience with many other manufacturer's analytical instrumentation as well.
