PM Services

To keep your analytical instrument operating correctly and to prevent many of those unscheduled hardware failures, periodic Preventative Maintenance should be performed.

Windy Hill would be happy perform a PM on your instrument and to place your instruments on a PM schedule that makes sense with your particular needs. Many of our PM’s have a protocol written for them and a written document of completion will be provided along with a sticker for your instrument.

All Parts and Supplies necessary to bring instruments into compliance with Qualification protocols will meet OEM specifications. If your laboratory has its own protocols, we can review those for you. We have performed user developed protocols for some of our customers, and have also blended user developed protocols with our own.

Refurbishment Service

When instruments have been in service for many years, or have been located in labs with poor environmental conditions, a PM may not be adequate to bring the instrument up to its top performance potential. A more complete service like our Refurbishment Service may be a better choice.

We have developed expertise in the area of refurbishing many SYSTEMS and ANALYTICAL COMPONENTS over the past eleven years. In the process of complete refurbishing of analytical instruments for sale, we have developed highly robust and effective procedures.

We are now offering COMPLETE REFURBISHING SERVICES to all of our customers.

Because of the extensive nature involved in refurbishing, the procedures usually do not fit within the realm of being completed “on-site” at the customer’s location; however this can be arranged if there is adequate space and resources. These services can also be customized to meet your specific needs.
