Our mission is to provide the Best Value in Repair, Preventative Maintenance, and Qualification Services to our Customers for their Analytical equipment. We believe the key to our success is to provide quality products and still remain flexible enough to adapt to each Customer's need.
In December 1998, Windy Hill Technical Services Inc. was founded by Jim West, a 26 year veteran of Hewlett Packard. Finding an opportunity to improve the customer service in western Michigan Jim decided to create a company to do just that. By offering services that other companies do not provide and putting the emphasis on unequalled service, Windy Hill has grown by leaps and bounds. Windy Hill now covers all of Ohio, Michigan, Illinois and Indiana, and can work on many different manufacturer's equipment.
